Give your city a dedicated home for vehicle auctions. Portside Auction by AshRigs brings an auction venue, showroom and vehicle handling spaces together with a configurable auction script, so your community can build events around buying, selling and collecting cars.

Registration and seller tools

• Buyer and seller registration with staff approval or rejection, plus numbered bidder paddles for approved buyers.
• Vehicle drop-off with ownership checks and a tracked intake queue.
• Seller dashboard for vehicle status, asking and reserve-price requests, intake cancellation, and reclaiming or relisting unsold vehicles.
• Showroom vehicle details, condition reports and personal watchlists.

Vehicle preparation and staff workflow

• Inspection approval or rejection with condition scores and notes.
• Detailing with primary and secondary colour selection, repair tasks, storage and showroom placement.
• Configurable simple processing or hands-on vehicle handling through the bays, auction stage and sold-holding area.
• Job-based access for security, cashiers, auctioneers and managers, with dispatch notifications and bay markers.

Live auctions

• Manager scheduling, auction cancellation and lot creation with starting and reserve prices.
• Auctioneer controls to load the next lot, open bidding, confirm a sale or mark a lot unsold.
• Live bidder interface, bid history, configurable increments, countdowns and soft-close extensions.
• Bank funds held for the current highest bid and refunded when the bidder is outbid or the lot is unsold.
• In-world auction screens showing the current lot and bid or the next scheduled event, plus bidder paddle animations, hall seating and auction sound cues.

Payments, delivery and reporting

• Full payment or optional in-game financing with configurable down payments, instalments, payment intervals and missed-payment tracking.
• Configurable buyer fees and seller commission, with seller payout processing.
• Buyer purchase and finance-plan views, sold-vehicle holding and collection from delivery bays.
• Optional paid transport with configurable fees and delays, plus vehicle ownership transfer through the supplied garage bridge.
• Staff transaction reports with sale prices, fees, commission and seller payouts, alongside vehicle inventory by workflow status.

Bidders must have enough bank funds to cover their bid and buyer fee when bidding. Fees, timings and finance settings can be configured for your server.

Package contents

This package delivers the Portside_map MLO and ashrigs-auction script through the Cfx.re assets Ashrigs_Portside_Auction_MLO and Ashrigs_Portside_Auction_Script. The script includes editable shared/config.lua and shared/locations.lua files. Map texture dictionaries are excluded from escrow by the supplied manifest.

Choose your edition

This bundle includes both the MLO and auction script. If you only need the map, choose Portside Auction — Standalone MLO. You only need one edition.

Requirements and setup

• Platform: FiveM.
• Auction script frameworks: QB-Core, QBox or ESX, as declared by the supplied resource.
• Required dependencies: ox_lib, oxmysql and ox_target.
• Configure the portside job and staff grades, database access, vehicle ownership/garage integration and economy settings for your server.
• Start your framework and dependencies before Portside_map and ashrigs-auction.

Delivery

Purchase using the Cfx.re account that will own the asset. After successful payment, access the linked asset from Cfx Portal — Granted Assets, download the package and install the resources on your server. Your server must use the appropriate Cfx.re entitlement.

Custom frameworks, garage systems and overlapping map resources may require integration work. Review the supplied configuration and test the auction workflow on your server before opening it to players. Vehicle models and third-party dependencies are not included as separate products.
