2.1 Information You Provide

  • FiveM Account Data: When you log in via FiveM authentication, we receive your CFX.re username and account identifier to link purchases to your account.
  • Purchase Information: Transaction details are processed and stored by Tebex Limited, the merchant of record for purchases. We do not directly store your payment card details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage your shopping cart session and authentication state.
  • Optional Google Analytics: Only after you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data, including page visits, browser and device information, a cookie-based identifier and broad location information. We use this to understand traffic and improve the store. We do not send your name, email, FiveM username, basket identifier, postal address, payment IP address or payment credentials from Tebex to Google Analytics. When purchase measurement is enabled, and only with your analytics permission, we link confirmed Tebex payments to your consented visit using a pseudonymous transaction reference, product IDs, currency, purchase value and Analytics client/session identifiers. Free test orders are excluded. We use this to understand which marketing visits lead to purchases, without advertising personalization.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution may be collected for site optimization.

  • Google Analytics: Provides optional website usage measurement after consent. Google may process information on servers outside your country. See Google Privacy Policy. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website tag.
  • Netlify: Hosts our website and stores the limited consent and purchase-measurement records needed to prevent duplicates and reconcile refunds. Raw payment webhooks are not stored in our analytics database. See Netlify Privacy Policy.
  • Cfx.re / FiveM: Provides authentication services for account login.
  • Discord: Used for customer support and community engagement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with product updates and support. Cart session data is stored for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via Discord.

We remember your analytics choice for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after 90 days, renewed on visits with consent. You can decline analytics or withdraw permission using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect shopping or login. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by our tag and removes its analytics cookies from this site; it does not automatically delete data already collected. Purchase-attribution links are usable for up to 24 hours. Limited analytics records and withdrawal markers are removed after 90 days by a daily cleanup process. Withdrawal also requests that our server stop using the attribution link for future payment reports. Records already sent to Google are subject to its configured retention; contact us to request deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and CSRF protection. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
